The 9th annual TAKE A VET TO DINNER was the largest one ever held in Ottawa. Organizers Tobin and Darlene Kelly hosted the dinner at Tudor Hall. This year two military vehicles owned by the Cold War Historical Vehicle Society flanked the entrance to the Hall. Inside wartime memorabilia was displayed around the room, shared by the "A" COMPANY 1ST PARACHUTE BATTALION COLLECTION.
The dinner is a chance for veterans and civilian to meet and share a meal.
The guest speaker was Philip C. Ralph, the National Program Director of Wounded Warriors Canada.
